Very nice hotel conveniently located at walking distance from the beach. I was vacationing there with my 14-year old twins and my 75-year old mother and everyone had a great time. Breakfast was avery good and offered a variety of choices. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The Mexican Tic Taco restaurant was perfect for lunch. I will be back for sure.

Central location, very close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy, and shops. Large and bright rooms. Daily cleaning in the room. The hotel is well organized for families with small children: playground, special pool, large play areas, movie programs for the little ones, animators ...

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Fabulous outside public areas and pool. Located in a quiet peaceful area. There was an adults only pool area on the roof. There is a daily charge of 9 euros. We just sat at downstairs pool which was relaxing. No loud music. No noise at night. Beach and promenade area 5 minutes walk away. Train station also 5 minutes walk. There are a few bars and restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel is so nice there is no need to go outside for drinks etc. Reception staff are polite, friendly and professional. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday break Hotel Altafulla Mar is for you.

The food was good with a great variety. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The pool was lovely (but cold!). The most impressive thing about the friendly staff was their ability to be calm and reassuring as we were there during the electrical power cut that affected the whole county. They helped us cancel our onward booking and made it really easy for us to stay the additional two nights needed due to the power cut.

Good choice of breakfast, everything is so clean and perfect. This is my recommendation, being a vegetarian please if they could put the omelette separate to where they display the ham and bacon., otherwise perfect. Clean rooms, everything was perfect. Location was ace. Beach just 10 minutes walk, Mountain behind was 20 minute walk. Friendly staff. I will be booking here again. I am a solo travelle, and I loved how peaceful everything was.

Breakfast was very good, nice varied choices and good quality. Location handy for the beach and seafront cafes as well as the railway station. Staff were really good and very helpful.

Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning people were very friendly with a smile for all of us, always. The room was very spacious, we asked for a king bed, and we got it (it was very comfortable). Plus 2 more comfortable beds for our kids. The hotel offers a very good breakfast, with a lot of choices. The hotel is close to the beach, in less than 5 minutes walking.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, reception staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast staff spot on. This is our second time at the hotel and hope to return as we love it but……

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful from the check in, to the restaurants and the chambermaids. The breakfast was very good with overwhelming choice and good quality. The restaurants were also good if perhaps a bit pricey. Excellent location for the beach, the train station and the old town.

Loved the village the hotel is located in. Absolutely friendly obliging staff. Always ready to help and so very polite. Facilities were comfortable and clean. What we loved as a family was the number of things that were available for us to explore and enjoy.
